It seemed to lift five years off her face. In my opinion, her eyes look more awake, her nose smaller, and her lips more plump. She looks awesome. If she’s had plastic surgery, it was done very well.

I don’t think it is the 150+ pounds she lost (i.e. her ex-husband). I believe her nose if different. It is slimmer and the bridge look built up. Overall, her new look is subtle.
