Hershey had difficulty getting her implants removed due to the massive infections they caused. In fact, she had to take intravenous antibiotics daily to get stronger before surgery. However, she still intends to pursue the world record for largest implants. After this explant surgery heals, she plans to go for the record again, by having a new set of huge implants installed, so she can retain her record holder title.

Houston-area cosmetic surgeon Dr. Ron Buczek is her surgeon. He suggested she downsize to a D cup, but Sheyla intends to resume her pursuit of the world record.
