Just a few weeks, self proclaimed Real Life Barbie, Sarah Burge, was giving her tiny daughter a plastic surgery voucher as a birthday gift. Last weekend, Sarah Burge threw her ‘My Big Fat Plastic Surgery Prize Draw party’ in London. The winner can now have £4,000 worth of plastic surgery of her choice.

Despite ridicule from many areas, Miss Burges and Beryl Atkins, director of Birmingham cosmetic surgery clinic Transpire, defended the event and explained that the winner would need to pass strict screening before undergoing any surgery.
‘This is not something we are doing on a whim,’ said Miss Atkins, who said the winner would be free to decide against any procedure, and admitted the company would not be chasing the winner to come in for surgery.

The media has gone wild with news of Bristol Palin’s makeover. I like it, it is sexy. She had liposuction on her face, which brought out her pretty features. Then she had some rhinoplasty and added a new chin. She also had veneers put on her teeth and I think she had her lips enhanced very slightly. Overall, Bristol looks amazing and having a new look will give her the confidence she needs in her public speaking career.
According to New Jersey board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt, “Bristol appears to have lost a significant amount of weight, which is responsible for some of the differences in her look. In addition, she seems to have had liposuction of her entire neck with a focus under her chin which has produced a much more defined jawline and lower facial area. She may have also had a chin implant to better define this area. Her lower lip appears much more full and it is likely she had injections of Juvederm into her lower lip.”
