Some people consider reality tv star Alexis Bellino (Real Housewives of Orange County) to be a monument to good plastic surgery because after having a complete facial makeover, she is stunning. So when her high school senior photo materialized, I realized it would be a great opportunity to attempt to figure out what facial plastic surgery she has enjoyed.

In high school, her jaw was much more square. Now, it appears shaved down. Her nose is smaller (nice work on the bridge), lips are fuller, eyes are larger, hairline is further back, cheeks more rounded, and even her chin is different.

Alexis claims she has only had breast augmentation, botox, and lip injections. I don’t buy it. There is no way that someone can go from a cute, slightly boyish looking face to porn star stunner with only superficial facial procedures.

Maggie Gyllenhaal is one of Hollywood’s quirkier looking actresses. Her unconventional looks were the subject of controversy when she appeared in The Dark Knight. Some fans were vocal in their opinion that she was not ‘pretty enough’ and ‘ugly’ in her film role. If you Google ‘Maggie Gyllenhaal ugly’, you’ll receive about 163,000 results.

In the face of all this, it seems Maggie has gotten some facial plastic surgery. Her cheeks are slimmer and her nose more refined. If she recently had rhinoplasty, I don’t believe it is her first. Her nose was much larger when she first rose to prominence in 2002 and later, seemed to get smaller.

Aaron Carter recently turned 22 years old, but you’d never know it by his appearance which is that of someone in their thirties. Supposedly, Aaron has been an avid party animal since the age of 13 when his brother shot to fame in the Backstreet Boys and he was able to ride their coattails to achieve a brief pop singing career.

Some people are not fond of Michael Douglas’ plastic surgery, but I think he looks great for his age. He hasn’t gone overboard with nips and tucks. A few years ago, he was photographed with a bandaged ear reportedly from a facelift, but since then has done a better job of staying out of the spotlight until any new procedures are completely healed.
