I heard the funniest thing about Jane Fonda the other day. An acquaintance of one of her past physicians shared that the doctor admitted that,’Jane Fonda had no original body parts left.’

Pretty hilarious. She’s almost 70 and has had plenty of work done (face lift, very aggressive eye work), but looks pretty perky for her age. Does anyone remember those photos of her from about 9 years ago where she was walking down the street sans makeup looking positively ancient?

Victoria Beckham finally rid herself of those bolted on breast implants. There were rumors that their ridiculous size cost her the Vogue cover she so craved (Editrix Anna Wintour allegedly disliked them.) I’m not sure if Victoria had the taken out or just replaced with smaller ones, but the usual high profile breasts that were visible whenever she wore anything strapless or low cut are gone. Good for her.

Yancy Butler says no to botox

Yancy Butler is a great example of a star aging naturally. She is 39 years old and has successfully recovered from alcohol addiction. Judging from her arm muscles, she works out and eats a clean, non-processed food diet.

It is common knowledge that Megan Fox has had a plastic surgery makeover since being cast in the first ‘Transformers’. There is a dramatic change in her facial appearance that cannot totally be attributed to aging, cosmetics, and weight loss. Her lips, nose, and cheeks have changed shape. Not in a bad way, but it is fascinating to see someone so young have a plethora of plastic surgeries.

1. Lips

There is no questioning that her lips have been enlarged.

2. Rhinoplasty

The bridge of her nose and nostrils look shaved down a bit.

3. Cheeks

People loose facial fat as they age, but it looks like she had her buccal fat under her cheeks removed.

Adrienne Curry has the best Hollywood breast augmentation I’ve ever seen. She chose small implants that gave her breasts a nice fullness and didn’t get the huge D cup ‘look at me’ implants.

It is Melissa Gilbert. She’s 44 and has had some fabulous nips and tucks. Never a busty woman, Melissa now probably has a C cup. Her lips are looking fabulous and her skin is youthfully plump. The new hair color works for her, because it brings out her features. She doesn’t look tired anymore. This is Hollywood plastic surgery done right.

No one would have ever guessed that The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi has a face made entirely of plastic. The before photo is from her college days. She had a different nose, smaller lips, less prominent chin, and no cheeks. Now, she looks totally different.
