I’ve always had my suspicions about Katy Perry’s breasts. I’ve never been 100% convinced that they were real. Some new pictures of Katy have come out that confirm my suspicions.

I think she has silicone implants beneath the muscle due to the firmness of her breasts. The doctor did a good job. It is very hard to tell her breasts are fake unless you know what to look for.

David Muir was pretty dorky looking in college. Now, after a few rounds of plastic surgery, he is hot. I suspect he’s had his ears pinned back, plus gotten rhinoplasty, veneers, a chin implant, jaw implants, and cheek implants. In the before picture, he face looks flatter. Now, it is more built out and sculpted. Buying ‘pretty’ is not just for girls. His plastic surgery is very subtle and done extremely well. (Is that why he looks so smug at times?)

Thank goodness, her plastic surgeon came to the rescue and installed new, fuller breasts. Her implants look saline to me, because her breasts look soft. More rounded breasts would be indicative of silicone implants.
