Hmmm, let’s see. The lips look stuffed and sausage like as usual. Could it be two things she used to have attached to her chest? Her breasts seem reduced in size and less protruding. Her chest looks almost pec like compared to the old Jessica.

My guess is breast implants in, breast implants out.. oh, what lives people lead in Hollywood.
