Matt Dillon's Refinement
Matt Dillon looks way too good (read unwrinkled) to be 43 years old. No doubt he's had some nips and tucks to slow the ageing process, but they have been done so well that it is unoticeable. The tip of Matt's nose looks like it has been shaved down. All males considering rhinoplasty should use a subtle approach to avoid getting a tiny feminine nose.
