Aaron Carter recently turned 22 years old, but you’d never know it by his appearance which is that of someone in their thirties. Supposedly, Aaron has been an avid party animal since the age of 13 when his brother shot to fame in the Backstreet Boys and he was able to ride their coattails to achieve a brief pop singing career.
What sorts of procedures should Aaron get to look younger? He definitely might want to try facial fillers to give his face a youthful plumpness. Leave your comments.

His veneers look silly. They make him look older. He should also lose the earrings, they look ridiculous. Earrings on men are simply not hip, good-looking, or sexy in any way. And he should lose the facial hair too.

He looks like he needs some serious sleep, to drop the bad habits (i.e. drinking, smoking), gain a little bit of weight, start eating well and exercising, and maybe do a chemical peel or some microdermabrasion. And get rid of the yucky facial hair. He’s my age, but looks 10-15 years older.

I’ve heard he was (is?) really into the crystal meth. That drug has been known to age faces prematurely.
I don’t think that drinking does that to the face… drinking tends to plump it out, from experience (all those calories!)! It seems more like drug use.
I’d suggest peels, microdermabrasion. And yes, get rid of facial hair! No good!

I so totally agree with lizzie and susan! You go, grrls! If he bagged the meth and lived a healthy life, shaved the weird-looking fuzz that makes him resemble a FTM trannie and ditched the earrings, he’d be dazzlingly handsome. I don’t think he looks so bad now. His skin is so smooth.

He’s 22 and you’re suggesting cosmetic intervention? I think he only needs to gain about 10 lbs and he’d be hot. Well, he’s already pretty hot but he looks like he doesn’t take care of himself at all…..and dermalfillers and botox are not the answer. Yeah…it looks like the guy has “partied” just a tad too much. But seriously, needing plastic surgery in your 20’s? Okay, maybe if you were in a horrible accident and had bodily disfigurements, but COME ON PEOPLE! Anybody who knows -anything- about the human body would know that he just needs to get a healthier lifestyle, some good sleep, and a nice shave. This is an absolutely dreadful photo of him. In recent pics he looks fuller in the face & has got some sun.
Its an improvement, but surgically I think he could do with a few mms off his chin. He could have fat grafts to his cheeks, & possibly a mini brow lift, as his eyes seem quite hooded for his age.
Also, lose the bling. It is outdated & not becoming to a person with prominent ears. He could go back to wearing his hair longer over his ears & forehead. Add some ash brown lowlights.
And whatever hairstylist recommended bleaching his eyebrows should be fired.
