Attention Hollywood: looking like a stick figure is NOT CUTE. Looking like a stick figure with huge fake breasts = pathetic.
Posh is an attractive woman, but seriously, she needs to gain some weight. I find it hard to fathom that there are men out there that want to sleep with a sack of bones. Women are meant to have curves.

As a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, I agree that Victoria Beckham looks much better. Her initial set of implants were too big for her frame. The current set is much more appropriate.

Yeah she is becoming too old to not wear a brah. And yeah her breasts do look better but she still looks awful.

She definitely had her implants replaced with smaller ones. It’s been reported in the press. Downgraded from a 34D or DD to a 34B.
