Victoria Beckham finally rid herself of those bolted on breast implants. There were rumors that their ridiculous size cost her the Vogue cover she so craved (Editrix Anna Wintour allegedly disliked them.) I’m not sure if Victoria had the taken out or just replaced with smaller ones, but the usual high profile breasts that were visible whenever she wore anything strapless or low cut are gone. Good for her.

Good for her if she really did. Her implants were too rounded and separated, but I cannot judge from the rightmost picture, as her dress kinda hides her cleavage.

To be honest all I see is a hideous ill fitting dress that is hiding the fact the bolt-ons that she’s been flaunting for years now.
I wish someone would tell her to get a bloody bra, not EVERY outfit needs nipples poking through it.

She definitely had her implants replaced with smaller ones. It’s been reported in the press. Downgraded from a 34D or DD to a 34B.

Yeah she is becoming too old to not wear a brah. And yeah her breasts do look better but she still looks awful.

As a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, I agree that Victoria Beckham looks much better. Her initial set of implants were too big for her frame. The current set is much more appropriate.
