It is common knowledge that Megan Fox has had a plastic surgery makeover since being cast in the first ‘Transformers’. There is a dramatic change in her facial appearance that cannot totally be attributed to aging, cosmetics, and weight loss. Her lips, nose, and cheeks have changed shape. Not in a bad way, but it is fascinating to see someone so young have a plethora of plastic surgeries.
1. Lips
There is no questioning that her lips have been enlarged.
2. Rhinoplasty
The bridge of her nose and nostrils look shaved down a bit.
3. Cheeks
People loose facial fat as they age, but it looks like she had her buccal fat under her cheeks removed.

In the first picture on the left, she looks just like a girl of her age, fresh and young. Then she looks like a much older vamp. I’m not saying it is good or bad, she has simply lost her “freshness”. Anyhow, thicker brows frame her eyes way much better!

She looks the same… take the first pic when she was a few years younger in photoshop, and add make up. Its the same. Sorry, but you dont even have the same angle on the side 3/4 profile so you cant directly do a comparison. Go through a movie, and catch one where she is a the same angle, then post it and then we can judge..

Ummm, she doesnt look the same! the difference is very minimal which I would attribute to very good plastic surgery! Definate nosejob. Aging aside that definately isn’t her original nose, I wonder who her surgeon is?

God, I wish she never screwed with her face. Megan was naturaly STUNNING to begin with, and now, although still a knockout, is no doubt an artificial one who needs to slow it down. I’m honestly left to wonder if she has some sort of body dismorphic disorder or something. Why is she doing this? It is so unnesssary! I wish she’d stop. I’ve always wondereed how actors like this teach their (future) children to have self confidence about their looks if the kids end up inheriting the perfectly good faces that their folks worked so hard to drastically change. Weird.

alyssa: You can’t be serioua! No offense, but are you hard of seeing or something? It’s almost a different person! Check out Megan back when she was on “Hope&Faith” just a few short years ago. The changes are incerdible! Weight loss doesn’t give you a different nose and eye shape.

Tiffany you’re right, she looks like a different person. Personally, I thought her real nose looked just fine. But the second one is more’glamorous’. The thicker eyebrows do frame her face better.

As a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, I’ll agree with _Good Plastic Surgery_ regarding Ms. Fox. Assuming that she was looking for sharper, sexier look, then she got what she paid for!
Her rhinoplasty was very well done.
Her lips were probably enhanced with Juvederm or Restylane.
I doubt that her buccal fat was removed. Normal aging or mild dieting could have produced her current “submental hollows.”

It’s amazing that such slight tweaks can change someone’s appearance so greatly. She looks like a different person, maybe her former self’s sister or something. She’s pretty either way, but I prefer her before surgery. She had a natural beauty, not like the overly made-up sex vixen we see today.

She looks really beautiful, this girl is really smart to get all the right surgeries. She didn’t go overboard but they do make her look wayyy older. She lost a big percentage of her youth fat on her face. It won’t be long before she’ll want them back.

One thing I really noticed is she used to smile in her old pics and look friendly. Now she just looks smug…beautiful, but stuck up. Her entire demeanor makes her look harder and less approachable.

When I saw this it made me so happy. My husband thinks she’s so hot and these pictures made him realize that Megan Fox was “created” to be hot – she wasn’t naturally this sex kitten. She was serious trailer trash before. And how does she always pose with her eyes at half-mast (like Angelina Jolie…) My biggest gripe about MF is her tattoos. The Marilyn Monroe one is just boneheaded, and her “we will all laugh at painted butterflies” is so pseudo-deep. What are girls like MF, Rhianna, Amy Winehouse, et. al going to do when they’re 60 (or even 40) and realize that all these tats are stupid?

She had a boob job too. Very tiny breasted before. I never thought she was attractive before, and now I think she is very beautiful. Certainly, it was worth it to have the work done because now she is famous for her looks.

I personally hate her personality. I think she is very full of her self and bitchy. who would want to date a girl like that. she is pretty and she was pretty before all of the surgeries too so i dont know why she even got them . i hate that in todays society everyone is going crazy with plastic surgery. if all girls got their nose lips boobs and whatever else done they’d look amazing too. it just makes me sick that all these girls are doing this because its giving guys higher expectations of girls today and its not fair
