Honestly, they aren’t real. She admitted to getting it because one of her breasts was smaller than the other. I think she did it tastefully.

Her boobs were lopsided. She had an implant put in one to fill it out and a smaller implant in the other so, as she ages, she won’t have one perky tit and one saggy one.

As a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, I’ll agree with Sidra (on at least some of the points). Bigger implants do carry bigger risks. All patients have anatomic limits to the size of their implants, and exceeding those limits is what causes so many bizarre Hollywood breasts.

This lady’s implants are very tasteful, subtle, and attractive. She will likely avoid post-operative complications, and her breasts + implants will even age naturally.

Could she have gone bigger and still remained safe? Probably. However, the job of the doctor is to make the patient happy and confident, not to satisfy beach-going ogglers.

Should gone bigger.”…no dumbass it’s not the same risk, because bigger implants carry a greater risk of scar formation, necrosis, and capsular contracture! Also if she had gone bigger, you guys would’ve been complaining that they look too fake!! And yes, bar rafaeli’s breasts are implants. come on, does it make sense a girl is going to have all her body fat starved off yet have it remain in her boobs?? remember boobs are mostly FAT..skinny+huge boobs is extremely rare.
