No one would have ever guessed that The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi has a face made entirely of plastic. The before photo is from her college days. She had a different nose, smaller lips, less prominent chin, and no cheeks. Now, she looks totally different.

This is perfect surgery. The features are different, but believable. She is either a true genius or the before pic is fake. Sadly, I think she fooled us all…so who is her surgeon!?!?

She had a bland, homely face before, quite similar to Holly Madison before all the surgeries. Nothing really special now either.

I wonder if any of these men are aware of the genuine package of who they’re buying (ie what their children might ACTUALLY look like) when they marry these women? That goes for celebs too. For the longets time I kept saying to myself “Cindy Margolis’ kids look NOTHING like her. That’s so strange!” Well, after seeing her pics on here in the past I realized, “They DO look like her! JUST like her original face in fact!!!”

Call me crazy, but I dn’t see the pastic surgery. Every feauture, except her lips which are fuller look the same. She’s just fat in one picture and thinner with thinner defined features in the second pic.

No, I absolutely knew she had plastic surgery. There is no way your cheeks look like her without enhancement..while they are believable, they truly do appear to be a bit too enhanced thus the reason for looking plastic. I must say looking at her pictures for the 09 season, she has had her nose touched up once more.

yep. right on the money. she had many things done. don’t know who she is, by the way, but i guess that’s some good surgery. when you enhance yourself, look a little different, but don’t look completely different, and freaky. her results are quite natural looking. if i saw her i would think “that woman had her lips done.” and that’s it.
but when it comes to her cheeks, i think she had the buccal fat removal thing. her cheeks were big and flat before, and now they’re more visible, and have a curve (bones). she literally didn’t have any cheekbones before.

i dont think shes a pretty girl, at all. no offense but she has men features. but she does have pretty hair and good taste in clothing.
