Reality tv super star Kim Kardashian would go to the opening of an envelope in order to be photographed, hence she has been seen all over at Fashion Week. Her makeup is less over the top than in the past and she is being photographed more because of that fact.
In December, there were rumors that Kim had some facial plastic surgery on her nose. I believe that she changed her makeup (no more heavy eye makeup or nude lipstick) to draw attention away from the speculation. I believe she slightly shaved the tip of her nose, took out her lip implants (compare her upper lip before and after), and got facial fillers (she has lost weight and her face started looking just slightly drawn).
Without the hooker makeup, she’s an attractive girl and the new tweaks to her appearance are fine. However, given her ample funds and leisure time, she may get a emotional high from her new look and start looking for other things to change. There lies the danger in this case, because if she keeps tweaking, she’ll look like the Bride of Wildenstein at 40. If she stops the tinkering now, she’ll be fine.

Not sure I agree with this. Her lips look the same to me and so does her nose. BUT: she seems to very clearly have cheek implants now, and it actually looks great! Her face was oblong before and now it’s more heart shaped.

She totally enhanced her cheeks but I think she just stopped getting her upper lip plumped. Her nose looks smaller because her cheeks are more sculpted, no rhinoplasty. She looks hotter.

She looks like she had cheek implants done, they’re too full and sculpted to be just facial fillers. I don’t think she ever had lip implants, she’s just not going as heavy on the restylane as she used to. I actually like her old face better, her new face looks really fat.

I disagree she “looks better” as so many here say. Better than what? Looking ethnic? Is it better to look blander? I think she was a total knockout before, absolutely stunning…now she’s starting to look like a lot of other Hollywood chicks, and quite frankly if you put them in a lineup with her now, I’d be hard pressed to tell the difference between them. I wish she would stop lying about all the things she’s had done, when it’s so obviously true. Nobody really cares, but the denials create more speculation, and of course more publicity.

I think the toned down look is fine for the day. But I personally luv the make-uo for nite, she knows what look good on her. She shouldn’t try to look like everone else.

At least full body shots take the focus off her face, but these close ups are scary, scary stuff.
Applying makeup with a trowel doesn’t enhance – or hide – the face ladies, at any age.

She has always been a beautiful girl with a real figure. I can’t blame her for getting breast implants for balancing out her hips to look balanced. The shame here is she’s beautiful naturally and this is bound to just be the start of a career of adjustments. The problem is when you are comparing yourself to hollywood where everyone is doing it…the norm is skewed and you end up being older and looking far from natural. She’s definitely gotten cheek implants. You can see it clearly in pics that are farther away from her face.

I completely agree with your assessment. She looks great, her face is very well balanced now. Who ever did the work, did a fabulous job, a true artist. I just wish I’d know his name and Kim would stop denying that she had cosmetic procedures done because she had quite a few.

I would also like to add that I believe this was not Kim’s first nose job. If you Google “Kim Kardasian Disney Flashback”, a photo of Kim at age 19 posted by her sister Khloe – link won’t allow the comment to post – clearly shows a very different nose.

Saw her makeup video on her blog and she was putting on some lipstick, her lips looks so… grotesque up close! But it looks fine when not.
Advice to Kim, no more close up shots of your lips!

I knew she had plenty of surgery done to her body. Hello people haven’t you ever seen Doctor 90210? Its called a brazillian fat transfer to the booty!! Breasts=fake! Hollywood messes people up! But the sadest part to me is to see these pictures of her face. She did look different to me lately and above is the proof in the pudding. She had a beautiful face before that was slightly enhanced with fillers. Now she is turning into a manequin with all signs of those beautiful ethnic features being washed away by the mainstream pressures of American society. Remember all those stupid blogs and magazine columns she wrote about how plastic surgery is bad? Come on Kim you were beautiful before don’t let stupid, unrealistic, never relenting pressures ruin you missy. If only she were reading or had someone to help her accept herself for who she is. she definitely has had a nose job and lip injections, but there are no cheek implants, and the nose job was before BOTH of these photos. in the after picture, she very clearly has highlighter down her nose and has completely different makeup.
