Yay, we don’t have to look at Lady Gaga’s scary old witch nose

Why does Lady GaGa always wear sunglasses? I think she wears them to make her nose look smaller. She used to have a huge nose, but obviously some good rhinoplasty shaved down the bridge of her nose considerably. It is nicely done and best of all did not try and turn her nose into something it is not (like a small upturned button nose).

    I agree, what a great job! Looks to me as if she had a wonky right eye in the first photo that got fixed, too?

    Those ‘before’ pictures only came out within the last few weeks, there’s no way she had rhinoplasty since then. Those pictures really emphasized the size of her nose, the after picture doesn’t. It’s not surgery.

    Blimey! I had to do a doubletake, I cant believe the before and after is the same girl..well…it just goes to show looks are everything in this industry, meh…everything from skin lightning *coughs* Rihanna to veneers ala Hilary Duff its about the image…which is sad but just one of those things….all together now *dance dance, it will be okay*…….

    Her chin is very different too. It was previously very small and made her heart-shaped face appear quite disproportionate and made her nose look bigger… Implant anyone?

    Actually, her chin looks better, her eyes look better and her nose is way different. I wonder if the second photo is retouched? Her chin is definitely built up and her one eye less squinty, along with the refined nose.

    I think she’s had more than just her nose done. It looks like she had her eyes reshaped via blepharoplasty or perhaps a browlift to lift up the right eye (which looks like it had ptsosis in the Before pic). It also looks like she may have had a cheek lift or perhaps she just lost some weight. Also, I suspect she might have had some lipo around her hips thighs and waist, since her waist is microscopic and her thighs are very thin compared to her arms and the upper part of her body.

    Even though she does have some talent, I have a strong feeling if it weren’t for her family’s money, she would have permanently remained behind the scenes as a songwriter for OTHER pop stars. Speaking of, she loves to mention that she helped write songs for the Pussycat Dolls and Britney Spears.. but yet she says she herself “can’t be copied” (even though she was hired to write songs using her own style for other people to perform and take credit for). Not too full of herself *smirks*. Oh well, goes with “The Fame” I guess :)

    Lady Gaga appears to have had a chin implant too. If you look closely the new chin is longer than the old one.

    Um… i dont think the be4 pic is REAL… ive seen high school pics recently of her be4 she even started her music carrer and she looks the same… SOOO yeah i think its a fake be4 pic. JUST DANCE!! lol

    well you can’t be sure what she’s done because 2 pictures arent enough proof. one of them is her looking completely wasted while the other is dolled up. not to mention they both arent the exact same angle. more pictures please

    Could it be me, or does the b4 pic look like she has blue eyes, while the after has her real green/hazel color? Also the mouth in the before looks kinda pinched, and smaller.

    Still a horse-face but definitely an improvement. She should have plenty of money to keep “fixing” the problem areas. Or maybe she is just happy with herself–nothing wrong with that.

    Guys, I’ve seen the first picture before, and it didn’t look like that. It was photoshoped. You can tell it was because one of her eyes looks really weird.

    Check older pictures of her if you don’t believe me, back when she was a brunette. You’ll see her face looked just like it does now.

    Well, her ‘new’ hair makes her look quite different but it’s not surgery at all.

    Well i think it depends on the way she has her hair like if she has it curly it might turn out to look like that but now that she has it short and dead straight it looks way different and im guessing she has lost loads of weight ever since she become famous. If anyone has notice her lips look kinda different too she might of got a lot of surgery for her face but either way it still looks good i prefer the after pic though.

    Still ugly. I just don’t like long noses, they make a person look hideous to me. If her nose were smaller, I’d consider her pretty.
