Why should she feel forced to have surgery just because others in her profession choose too? For those comments stating about how wrinkled she looks compared to a friend or someones mom, please keep in mind not all people age the same so you really can’t compare people to one another. I commend her not wanting to look like she can barely see out of her tight eyes, or that what was once a 3 finger forehead turned into the palm of a mans hand size forehead or have a weird turned up nose like so many weird looking people here in LA. Sometimes it is so freakin scary.

Madame Morticia, there’s a recipie for aging well, and you can begin at age 32:

- Don’t smoke.
- Don’t tan, ever! Use sunscreen every day. If you look too pallid, use self-tanning creams.
- Don’t drink excessively or use drugs.
- Eat healthfully and exercise regularly.
- When crow’s feet appear, get Botox.
- When you get those creases between your nose and the corners of your mouth, have them filled-in by a dermatolgist.

I know it all seems very simple, but it really does work.

I saw her in a TV movie last night about a divorced woman who becomes homeless. I couldn’t get over how old she looked and wondered how old she was. Her terrible appearance, wrinkly face undermined the plot of the movie. Throughout the film, you felt that you couldn’t blame her husband for divorcing her for looking like that. Later on in the movie a “new romance” begins between Linda’s character and a doctor. Again, with her appearance that plot point seems incredible. The younger doctor courting this wrinkly old hag? I dunno. I know this all sounds really, really harsh but it’s true. I’m 32 and I pray I never look that way. I’m going to have cosmetic procedures done ASAP.

I’m 53, white, and thin, and I can confidently say that I look nothing like Linda Hamilton. Neither do any of my same-age friends. None of us have any wrinkles or age spots — just a bit of normal crinkling around the eyes. Linda looks as if she’s had too much sun exposure and done some very hard, destructive living. Looking at that picture, I see the face of a woman in her late-60’s.

wow.. maybe it is my genes, but i am fifty, white, and I do not have one wrinkle. i have never smoked, done a lot of drugs or drink. I haven’t been a layout in the sun all day to get a tan kind of person since i was older than 20.

Linda is a heavy smoker. My mom at age 62 looks waaaay younger than Linda at 52.
Check out Julia Ormond and Helen Hunt, as well. Heavy smokers.

She is looking much older than her age–was she a heavy smoker, tanner, etc? I would think she would be regretting doing without any or very little “upkeep” at this point. I know I sure would be.

To be fair she is making a somewhat extreme expression. If she was hanging out looking bored I doubt all those lines would show.

christ on a bike! I’m glad she hasn’t done a bunch of plastic surger etc. but my god she looks a lot, lot older than 52!
