Sophia Loren looks great for her age

Sophia Loren was one of the most beautiful women of her era. She has aged very gracefully, although it does seem that she has had some work done due to her hairline on the sides of her face being further back than it was when she first appeared.
I believe she also had a rhinoplasty surgery at some point (or maybe even more than one), but the end result was still in her favor. Her nose is larger in the black and white photo and making it smaller made her other features stand out more.
The best plastic surgery finely modifies the negative so that the positives stand out.

That first pictures looks like she can take her face off for the night and put it on the night stand. you can see where they laid the knife for her snip snip. She would only look good if this was all nature but we can see she goes in for tune-up, she has just tuned up tooo much.
