Charlie Sheen - when rhinoplastly looks great on a guy

Charlie Sheen’s nose looks fabulous! Before, he had the classic Spaniard sort of nose (his father is descended from immigrants from Spain) that had a very prominent bridge with a small hook in it. Now, it seems smoothed down and very straight; however, it is not too petite for his face, it fits perfectly and looks smaller and still masculine. Most plastic surgeons screw up when they take to much off of a male rhinoplasty patient’s face.

I actually think he looks more attractive with the bump in his nose. It’s more masculine.

Charlie’s face looks more taut/angular. Did he have a lift or facial liposculpture?
He actually looks like a different person, though certainly better.

We vote for quite a bit of work done, but good work.

Who was the doctor?

Discuss!

Best nose job on a guy - Neil Patrick Harris.

I actually like the nose better in the before picture. It looks too long and flat and pointy without the wider bridge and the bump.

I agre with you Jill. He looked better before.

LOL. Whyd he did that for?!

I like his old nose. Now he looks pointy.

I like his old nose. Now he looks pointy. He should have donated his nose job to somebody who really needed it.

I had spotted this myself - his original nose was aristocratically aquiline and attractive. It really added masculinity to his face. He is an almost pretty guy and the first nose ‘butched’ it up very nicely. The result was very attractive. Very handsome man.

I’m sorry he changed it. Then again, Hollywood lifestyles sometimes result in these alterations.

WRONG, the pic on the left is from 2007, the pic on the right is from the mid 90’s

No nose job, but he does wear a hair piece.

He looks good on both photos, although better on the after pic.
I like his hair!

I liked his old one better, but I guess I’ll have to deal with it, he’s the one who has to wear it, not me. But I just don’t like looking at him anymore.

he hasn’t had a nose job - you’ve just photographed him from different sides - most people look totally different on their left and right profiles
