I guess anyone can make it into Playboy. She could be one of the ugliest girls out there. There are so many more women out there who blow this woman away, and their looks are natural and God given. She looks better now, I’ll admit that, but she also has tons of make up on. When she isn’t wearing any she looks like any other person on the street. Vanity stinks.

The folks who are “hating” on Holly are making very cruel remarks. I can certainly see that she was an attractive woman to begin with—however, the cosmetic enhancements were in her best interest to compete with the other beautiful blondes of LA. People, cosmetic surgery is so main stream–I’m nearly certain it’s pretty much going to be as common as getting a hair cut within the next 5-10 years….pretty much Botox is already. Vanity is not bad; it’s a value. If you despise vanity so much, why in the hell would you be on a plastic surgery website? It’s like me (as cosmetic enhancement enthusiast) going onto some “average” woman’s blog–and basically insulting her with comments that her nose is too big, she’s too fat, etc….when in reality she’s probably relatively attractive, but not “Perfect.” I do agree as society as a whole we focus a lot of energy on youth and beauty–but it’s a multi-billion dollar market; no matter how much you despise it, you still secretly love it, cherish it and worship it. It’s in our human nature to be attracted to youth, symmetry and beauty. Accept this for what it is; she’s really like any other woman in America trying to be the best that she can be. Hell…I know I am. Hate on me if you want…but I’m still a work in progress, and I’m damn proud of it!

She is pretty in both. Let’s be real in the comparison.
In the before photo, her makeup is sparse, she in washed out, she doesn’t have as good a smile on her face, she’s not angling her body, AND her hair is flat. Irreguardless, let’s get real: Any man alive would be attracted to her before as well as her after.
The differences as I see it. MUCH larger boobs, unquestionalbe nose job (more refined and thinner), cheek implants for more curve, dimension and fullness in the face, and probably injections as reguluar maintenane for upkept. Outset Cost: $25,000 – $30,000 Upkept: $5,000 per year.
Holly is definitely beautiful now, but let’s be real. She was pretty before.

From watching the GND show, Holly has never hidden the fact that she’s had plastic surgery. I agree with those who think she was average looking before and a knockout now (though really she was above average to begin with since so many American girls are overweight).
The most impressive thing to me about this comparison is the added confidence Holly appears to have in her second photo. While my lifestyle is too conservative for mansion life (and attire – or lack thereof!) I would be thrilled to have the money to enhance my features into my ideal of external beauty. I admire Bridget who is pretty without plastic surgery but I don’t think less of Holly because she had work done to achieve her ideal look.

it broke my heart to see her as a brunette in her childhood pics on the show
and now shes too platinum blonde imo
time to take the kendra route and start getting darker shades of blonde in the hair to make it look more natural

It’s not the vast majority of people on the planet who get surgery or admire surgically altered women/men. It just seems like it because the internet and all that cable television makes the world seem a whole lot smaller.
Going to extremes for beauty is nothing new. Women once died from lead poisoning and wig accidents all in the name of beauty.
The bible says that if your nose spites you, cut it off. Seems that even the bible gives the go ahead to alter what you don’t like about yourself.
It’s only wrong to lie about it. To pretend to be perfect when your perfection’s an illusion. Holly doesn’t do that. She’s real about her physical fakeness. But you should see her without a top and without photoshop. Yikes. Boobs point in weird directions and have all these weird angles. Super-obviously bad implants.
Oh and does anyone else think Holly would look a million times better as a brunette or dark-ginger? It just seems like it would suit her features and complexion better.
