Plastic surgery really works when a women wants to graduate from cute to drop dead gorgeous. Take for instance, Miss Korea 2006, Honey Lee. Before she had plastic surgery, she was a cute girl, but with rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, lip augmentation, and a forehead implant to give her face a more feminine look, she is truly stunning and as a result, came in first runner up at Miss Universe in 2006. After the pageant, she was given numerous endorsements and modeling opportunities, so her investment in plentiful plastic surgery paid off. The only negative comments towards Honey Lee are complaints that someone who paid money for their looks should not be allowed to compete in a beauty contest, because the event is not about ‘who spent the most money at the plastic surgeon’.

Anna Faris’ New Look For The House Bunny

Anna Faris looks totally different in her new film, ‘The House Bunny’. She does not appear to have tweaked her facial appearance in an overwhelmingly obvious way, however. Her adjustments look subtle. Her eyes were more droopy looking, especially her left eye. Now look at that eye in a more recent photo. Anna looks much more awake and less sloe eyed. That sort of look can be achieved through well done brow lift surgery. Her lips also look more plump and bee stung.

How badly do you want to be pretty? This young girl from Singapore obviously wanted it badly enough. I was sent photos of her via email along with this note:
I love reading your website and recently I came across this young girl from Singapore (a country in Asia) who is rumoured to have had much plastic surgery done to her face. She is said to have started at the young age of 19 and she is now 24.
I thought you might be able to share some insight on the possible work she has had done (since, she denies having any plastic surgery). The most prominent issue seems to be her forehead!
There is a very strange bulge on her forehead and in some shots a strange white line on her scalp is visible.
There’s a lot of speculation regarding exactly what she has done to her face, although I am not sure why anyone would want to have a bulgy forehead. It would be cool if you could give your 2 cents on it. 
It is highly possible that she had a forehead implant, eyelid surgery, a brow lift to give her eyes an inward tilt, rhinoplasty, a chin implant, cheek implants, and facial filler. Why would someone have a forehead implant? It rounds out the area to give a more feminine appearance. What does it feel like afterwards? There is bruising and swelling after surgery and sensation in the forehead can be lost.
Look at where she started off and where she ended! She went from looking like a tomboy to looking very pretty.
Holly Madison redux

Holly Madison has already been covered on this site, but due to reader requests, here she is again with a different before photo. Some people disapprove of Holly’s various surgeries, but they do not understand the ultra competitive nature of the Playboy Mansion environment. Personality and a hot body got Holly into the mansion, I believe that in order to move up the girlfriend ladder, she decided to make facial alterations. Guess what? It worked. When Holly first came to the Mansion, a Playmate named Tina was Hef’s main girlfriend and there were other girls ahead of Holly as favorites (like Zoe Gregory Paul). To me, it looks like she had a blepharoplasty, nose job, large breast implants. plus cheek, chin, and lip implants. She also has very smooth and clear skin, which is hard work to maintain.

1976 Olypmian Nadia Comenic is looking refreshed these days. Her once wizened face, looks plump and useful. Her lazy left eye looks like it has been corrected as well. Her teeth are looking brighter than ever (veneers, perhaps?) Nadia looks better than she has in year. She no longer looks excessively worn and tired.

Jennifer Anniston’s chest looks slightly enhanced. Anniston has gone on Oprah and stated that her larger chest was due to weight gain, but she does not appear to fluctuate much in weight and looks very skinny, yet more busty in a bikini lately. If you look at her chest her, her breasts seem to have more a ‘hang’ to them. Now, it looks like she’s had small breast implants placed under the muscle, which make the chest area appear larger, but leave the breasts themselves the same size.

Gwyneth Paltrow gives off a certain ‘Little Miss Perfect’ vibe. Photos reveal that perhaps, she is not so perfect. Back in the mid 90s, Gwyneth’s nose was much fatter. Her probocis was not too wide, nor was it a beak, but rather shapelessly fat. Now, her nose looks like it has been carved into a smaller, prettier shape. Her nose look great now, because it stands out as a distinct feature on her face. It looks much better than the overly cut, plastic looking, and desperate to be cute nose many celebrities have after rhinoplasty.

Ex MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo has changed her look since she hit Hollywood. Her nose look different. Some might say it is makeup, but others might say it is the sort of rhinoplasty that builds the bridge and gives the illusion of a long nose. Her face also looks more filled out. I do not think it is from weight gain, because Vanessa is extremely skinny. Maybe facial fillers like Restylane, Collagen, Perlane, or Sculptra were used.
