Audrina Patridge’s breasts are enhanced. I would have never guessed. Judging from this photo, she has saline implants over the muscle. Nice job!

Kristin Cavalleri, formerly of the reality tv show Laguna Beach, looks different lately and with good reason. It looks like the bridge of her nose has been shaved down and her nostrils also altered (they are smaller). I never thought that her original nose was offensive to look at and it fit her facial features perfectly. Its an interesting case of unneeded Hollywood plastic surgery.
